Rob Mcintosh

Rob McIntosh is the Team President and a key member of the ownership group for the Cambridge Redhawks Junior Hockey Team. His extensive background in leadership and management extends well beyond the hockey rink, reflecting a career marked by strategic vision and community impact.

Currently, Rob serves as the President and CEO of Total Sanitation, where he has applied his expertise to drive growth and operational excellence in the sanitation industry. Prior to his role at Total Sanitation, Rob was the President and CEO of UPI Energy FS, where he successfully led the organization through significant transformations and growth initiatives.

Rob’s leadership in the business world is complemented by his passionate involvement in junior hockey.  His executive experience has led him to serving as a Director on a number of industry and community Boards, and he is excited to bring that experience to the OHA.

Rob’s vision for the Junior hockey goes beyond achieving on-ice success. He is deeply committed to player development, fostering a positive team culture, and enhancing the organization’s connection with the local community. His dedication to these values reflects his broader commitment to excellence and service.
