The long-time OHA official was loved by many off and on the ice
Cambridge, ON – It is with deepest regret and sorrow that we report the line-of-duty death of Captain Sean Coles, IAFF 13th District Local 3888 – Toronto, Ontario. Coles, 50, passed away on June 12, 2024 after succumbing to occupational cancer. He was a firefighter for close to 25 years.
